I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but there was an issue with a couch that someone had peed on, even though they sprayed it with Lysol. The service was decent but not exceptional. The hotel's proximity to the boardwalk for the Texas Outlaw challenge was a big plus, although the facilities were lacking. The included dining was a highlight with fresh salmon served.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for my stay; it was near the event I attended and handy to the Kemah boardwalk. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately, I had to deal with a lingering smell as if somebody pee on the couch, at least the staff promptly addressed it with Lysol spray. The service was exceptional, especially the prompt attention to cleaning the room. Although the price was a bit high for what was offered, the proximity to the boardwalk made it worth it.

The hotel is located near the Kemah boardwalk, making it convenient for activities and close to eateries. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but there was a slight issue with a couch that seemed to have been soiled. The service, particularly housekeeping, was excellent. The dining options included in the stay were enjoyable, with a nice touch of home-grown products. Overall, a decent value for money option with clean facilities and a good location.
